Rules and Terms of Conditions

 

1. We Break Live On Facebook Live and use Random.org for all randomizing methods, except occasionally a real pair of die for the number of randomizations.

​

2. The given number of times for something to be randomized will always be given by generated Random.org dice (using 2 die), or a real pair of die. 

​

3. We are not responsible for Expired Redemptions 

​

4. All Extra Hits in a Break will be randomized to the participants of the break (who purchased teams or players or hits in that specific break).

​

5.  All players (or Movie Stars) or figures that are pulled in boxes or cases that do not have a designated team or player that is sold in the break will be randomized to the participants that bought into that specific break. (For Example, Marilyn Monroe Cut Signature in a Football Product).

6. The card pulled will be awarded to the participant who purchased the team that is stated on the card. 

​

7. If there is multiple players on the card, (for example; a dual autograph of Lebron and MJ is pulled in a case break), the card will be randomized (on random.org) to how many different teams are on the card (for example; Cavaliers owned by Bob and Bulls owned by Joe). Whoever is on top of the random after being generated X times (by randomized dice on random.org), will win the card (for example; If Bulls were on top of the random after 8 times because the dice called for it to be randomized 8 times, then Joe wins the card). If someone owns all the teams of the various players on a card, he automatically wins the card.

8. If no team name is present, or it is a college product, the card will be awarded to the purchaser of the team where the player is currently playing. If retired, the card will be awarded to the team where the player played the longest.

9. When in doubt of what team a player is on, and who the card should be awarded to; we will use https://groupbreakchecklists.com/ to see what team the player is intended to belong to by the manufacturers of the product.

10. If you go hitless, or get 'skunked', we apologize but cannot help it. It happens to the best of us, and we are not responsible for you going hitless. ***If you purchase into a break that is not Random Hit, there is no gurantee you will get a hit from that break. You could go hitless.

​

11. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your break spot(s) to be sorted and shipped. Please remember we are human, and sometimes it may take slightly longer.....
